Brooklyn Sisters -Store Policies
Sales
- All sales are final.
- No returns or refunds.
Store Credit
- Store credit is non-transferable and may only be used by the original customer.
- Credit cannot be combined with another person’s credit.
- A maximum of ₪100 in store credit may be used per shopping session.
- Total store credit balance is capped at ₪300 per customer.
Designer & Select Items
- Store credit cannot be used on designer pieces or select items, as determined by Brooklyn Sisters.
Clothing Drop-Offs
- Drop-offs are limited to once per month per person.
- Each drop-off is limited to one bag (no more than a large shopping bag size).
- Items must be clean, in good condition, and (when relevant) seasonally appropriate.
- Brooklyn Sisters reserves the right to accept or decline items based on store needs.
- Pricing of items and store credit amounts are determined at our discretion.
- Items not accepted will be donated and not returned.
- Store credit per drop-off is capped at ₪200.
General
- We do not accept men's clothing, children's clothing, maternity clothing or underwear.
- We do accept bathing suits and swimwear
- Please check items carefully before purchasing.
- Brooklyn Sisters is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Hours
- Sunday–Thursday: 12:00–18:00
- Friday: 11:00–15:00
Safety
- We are open with a shelter nearby.
- In the event of a siren, customers are expected to follow staff instructions.
Right to Refuse Service
We welcome all customers, including families with children. However, to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, Brooklyn Sisters reserves the right to refuse service to any individual displaying disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
